Two things should be plainly obvious about me.

  1. I like to read. A lot.
  2. I am Catholic.

Besides the above, it may interest some that I have a Bachelors degree in both Philosophy and Theology. No guarantees that I know how to use either of them properly, however. The most valuable piece of knowledge gained from my University studies was that the best philosopher is a holy one; because in the end, we will be judged by our love… not by how smart we are (thank God!). Thus, over and above everything else, I strive to be holy. My pursuit of the Truth is the pursuit (and struggle) for holiness. Like the blind Bartimeus, I pray, “Master, that I may see!”
